Yarah is situated on a stunning hillside plot surrounded by its own private estate of 550 Olive trees and pine forest. The villa's views span across the campo, over the famous Santa Eulalia church and out to the gorgeous coastline, offering guests a breathtaking backdrop and incredible sunrise. Outside you can relax in the amazing 15m2 swimming pool and its surrounding sun terraces and chill-out areas.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and looks out over the indoor dining table seating 10 and the living room. The comfortable living room with airconditioning and fireplace offers guests amazing indoor relaxation and entertainment options. This vast space opens to the outdoor dining seating 8 and pool area, offering seamless access and views to the breathtaking views. 

The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people and features 5 double bedrooms. The property is cozy, beautifully finished and furnished throughout. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with shower and 2 benefit from jacuzzis. 3 of the en suite double bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Those bedrooms have access to a roof terrace where one can enjoy the stunning sea views. One has a private terrace and the other 2 rooms share a big terrace.

The villa offers fiber optic Wi-Fi service, Satellite TV, washing machine/dryer, dish-washer, safe and alarm system, offering guests the perfect fully equipped home for an unforgettable holiday. For the more energetic guests, there is a private tennis court with sea-views, or use the activity area with yoga space and training facilities.
