Existing bookings during Covid-19:

New policies during Covid-19:

Bookings made from 01-04-2020 onwards will be handled with flexible booking terms and conditions whenever agreed upon booking. Please note that this policy is not applicable to some houses*. Consult your travel agent on which terms are applicable for the house of your choice. 

The specific conditions are as follows:
- You're restricted from traveling from your country of residence;
- You're restricted from entering Spain;

The booking can only be rebooked or canceled within this special Covid19 cancellation policy 6 weeks prior to your arrival if one of the above restrictions would apply at that time. The booking can only be rebooked for season 2023. You might be able to rebook your booking at a later stage (to see if the circumstances would improve), but only after consultation and approval of the landlord.  We do not refund the downpayment when the booking is canceled due to the above conditions. Please note that RB Family would like to remain flexible where possible and will try their best in handling all queries in everyone's best interest. 

When we rebook we can only guarantee the same price when the arrival will be in a similar period. Rebooking the dates to another period there can be added costs. 

Guests have to cover the costs of extra cleaning in case of a positive case during your stay.

If there is nothing mentioned at the house, please ask us for the specific conditions. Our normal cancellation policy applies to all homes without this special Covid-19 cancellation policy.
