Situated conveniently close to the centre of Ibiza, one will find the lovely villa Lesley. The location of the house is superb: nearest supermarkets and shops are just a short 5 minute drive. The islands' most popular beaches such as Playa D'en Bossa, Talamanca, Es Cavallet and Salinas are all reachable within a 10-15 minute drive.
The impressive house has been recently renovated and is set in a family friendly neighborhood. The refreshing salt water pool (4,5x8,5) is surrounded by a lawn for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. An al-fresco dining area is available with lovely wooden table seating 10 comfortably. The garden area is featured with lush plants, Yucca's, palmtrees and sun loungers.
The indoors seamlessly blend with the outdoors and entered through modern sliding doors. The open plan living and kitchen area is decorated with great care. There are 2 seating areas with Smart TV and comfortable sofa's, 1 on the left and 1 on the right side of the house. A large dining table is set in de middle and comfortably seats 10. The luxurious and modern kitchen is fully equipped and adherent to the living area.
Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds that can be made up into singles. These bedrooms share 1 bathroom that is featured with a great, comfortable bath tub. Another 3 bedrooms (all en-suite) are to be found on the first floor.
Note that this villa is located in a residential area and therefore music, nor party's, are allowed after 10pm.
