Audrey, Roca Llisa

Villa Audrey is a stunning modern property, located in the secure urbanization of Roca Llisa. The villa has breathtaking sea views over the Mediterranean all the way up to Formentera. One of the nicest beaches of the island, Cala Oliviera, is only a 5 minute drive away. Vibrant towns Ibiza and Santa Eulalia are only a 15 minute drive from the house.

From the sunny terrace one can enjoy the pool for a nice swim or simply relax and enjoy one of the 8 sun beds. The outside kitchen is fully equipped and features a Green Egg BBQ. There is an outside dining table which seats 10 persons.

Through the sliding doors one enters directly into the spacious living and kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, bright and features a lovely bar to enjoy breakfast. The in- and outside music system Sonos makes sure one can play music. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms which are all en suite except 1 on the top floor. The house has been designed to meet all needs and comforts to have the perfect holiday.

A central airconditioning system is placed throughout the entire villa. Please note that the house is located in a residential neighborhood and that music can only be turned on at an acceptable volume. This house is featured with an elevator and is therefore very suitable for people with disabilities, wheelchairs or difficulties walking. Other adjustments can be made in addition on the ground level, such as thresholds for example.
