This modern finca villa has lots of privacy and is located southwest of Ibiza, 5 kilometers from the beach and the beach clubs of Cala Tarida. Completely renovated in 2021 and spread over 3 levels and with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Throughout the garden, there are multiple terraces and chill-out lounges. The beautiful swimming pool (32m2) is decorated with Balinese tiles and can be heated on request. The spacious sun terrace is surrounded by a flowered garden full of palm and fruit trees. Around the swimming pool, there are multiple sun loungers. Walking down into the garden there is a dining table for 12 people with an outside kitchen (including fridge and freezer) including bbq and fireplace (OFYR).

Next to that, another sun terrace is situated on the left side of the house. This terrace is featured with an amazing sea view and dining table and chairs. An extra (smaller) outdoor kitchen including refrigerator, plus a football and pool table.
