New policies during Covid-19:

Bookings made from 01-04-2020 onwards will be handled with flexible booking terms and conditions. Please note that this policy is not applicable on some houses*. Your down payment will be 25% of the total amount and will be fully refundable until 30 days before arrival under the following circumstances:

You're restricted of traveling from your country of residence;
You're restricted from entering Spain;
The payment will be held in a separate account and will only be definite 30 days before arrival. RB Family will send the second payment order (75% of the total amount) 29 days before arrival. The second payment needs to be completed within 5 days of payment order date. *Please consult us for more information.
