Emilia, Roca Llisa

The wonderful villa Emilia is situated in the secure urbanization of Roca Llisa. The views over the Mediterranean stretch out over the full length of the villa and ensure lots of sunlight during the day. The Ibiza golf course and the beautiful beach of Cala Oliviera are just 5-10 minutes from the house.

The villa has been renovated and completed in 2021 and is divided over 3 different levels. From the entrance of the house, where an elevator can be found, one enters the first level. A wonderful and comfortable lounge area with large windows are situated, as well as a large inside dining table seating 10. Large windows stretch out to ensure views from the lounge as well as from the first bedroom en suite, which is a great way to start your day! The fully equipped kitchen is featured on this level in addition and opening up to an outdoor dining table seating 14.

Another 4 bedrooms are situated on the second level, all en suite and decorated tastefully and elegantly. Large cabinets are available for the ladies with many suitcases! Furthermore, 2 bedrooms are accessible through an outside entrance only. Some of the bedrooms have access to the the pool area, which can be found on this level, and features several sun beds and comfortable, stylish cabanas for relaxation. An extra outdoor dining table is featured, with BBQ seating 16 persons on this floor.

On the third level, another 2 bedrooms are situated, which are relatively smaller, but nicely decorated and both featured with a double bed (160x190) and en suite bathrooms. This floor is perfect for (older) kids, as there is a game room and a tv room for them to enjoy.

This beautiful modern house is perfect for families with older children, as there is several steps and drops in- and around the house. Please note that the house is located in a residential neighborhood and that music can only be turned on at an acceptable volume.
