Rosa, San Rafael

Villa Rosa is a charming family holiday house located in the centre of the island in San Rafael. Rosa is recently renovated and is entered through an electric gate and a long drive way. Ibiza Town and other hotspots are located on a short drive from the house, even though the family house is situated in a peaceful area.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful large garden with fruit trees, a pond and the swimming pool area featured in the middle of the garden. There are various seating areas and a covered BBQ area to enjoy. The beautiful country views make it all complete! There are 6 sun beds and a big lounge bed situated by the pool. The garden is located on a large plot, which is fully fenced with peace and privacy guaranteed.

The main entrance leads into the fully equipped open kitchen, which is fitted with induction. The spacious dining table and the lovely living room are carefully selected with an eye for detail. The house features a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with shower, bath tub and sauna in addition for the colder days. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. 

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and access to the large terrace at the back of the house, with beautiful views over the countryside. Bathroom 2 is shared with the other bedrooms. There is air conditioning in all rooms. The house is also recommended for winter use as it benefits from central heating. In addition, there is a sauna and there are 2 fireplaces: 1 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom on the first floor.
