Josie, Cala Tarida

The great villa Josie is located between the family friendly towns of Cala Tarida and Sant Josep. The villa offers a lot of privacy due to its elevated position, spacious garden and breathtaking view of the sea. On this side of the island you can enjoy the magical sunsets intensely. The nearest village, Sant Josep is only a 5-minute drive and Ibiza town is 15 minutes away.

The open living room has double doors to the terrace. On the terrace, there is a bbq and a dining table for 12 people and a lounge. In addition, a large swimming pool (10x5m) is ideal for the children, the gate to close the pool. During the winter you can enjoy the heated pool. Extensive cooking can be done in the fully equipped open kitchen, through sliding doors entrance to the terrace.

The house has a total of 6 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with 2 showers, bath, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have a double bed, with the exception of the fifth and sixth bedrooms. Located in a separate part of the villa, these rooms have two double beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. One bedroom has a kitchenette with a dining table.
