Elisa, Santa Gertrudis

The lovely villa Elisa is set on a large plot of land, surrounded by nature and located in the heart of the island. The beautiful modern family home has a boutique feel and is stylish and elegant at the same time. Elisa is located within an easy reach of San Lorenzo and San Juan and has been completely renovated in a Mediterranean and Asian style. It's only a short 15 minute drive to Ibiza old town. 

Villa Elisa has a large outdoor terrace with an outdoor kitchen which includes a dining table and benches for up to 14 persons, an American style gas BBQ, sink and fridge. There is an endless saltwater pool (16x5), surrounded by sun loungers, large comfortable daybeds and many parasols for a bit of shadow around the magnificent pool area. A favorite feature of ours: the beautiful sunken chill out area for about 12 people as well as a children's play area with fishing boat house, swings, sunken trampoline, sand pit and ping pong table.

The living room is an open plan to the kitchen and dining room with a large teak table seating 14 persons, the large open kitchen with all the needed appliances, Quooker, Smeg oven, Nespresso machine etc. A wonderful dining room with glass doors open up to the pool and the garden at the rear of the house.

The large Master with acces to a private terrace, features en suite bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The 4 other double bedrooms do have large en suite bathrooms completely fitted for all needs and their own terrace. An additional twin children's bedroom is situated next to the master bedroom. A cool entertaining children's playroom with a flat screen tv and a selection of children movies is available. Villa Elise can accommodate 12 adults and 2 (or 3) small children.

There is a fully integrated sound system wired throughout the house and onto the pool area, as well as high speed Wifi and Ipod docking stations in every room.

There is a maid service 6 times a week included within the weekly rental rate, linen and towel change twice a week. Villa Elisa includes also a lovely guest house, which can be made available upon request. This villa is perfect and quiet for families throughout the year. For the winter rentals there is underfloor heating and 2 bedrooms with central heating. Lastly a double sided wood burner is featured in the living room.
