The stunning farm house Villa Elin has been renovated by a family and friends, missing no single detail. The house is situated in the hills behind the village of San Juan and in a true oasis of peace. Preserving the old Ibiza farm house details, but renovated with a modern twist and all necessities. The panoramic views are stretched out over the beautiful Ibiza countryside. Overlooking fruit trees, vegetable gardens and the entire valley. A sauna, whirlpool and big pool are situated in the gardens for that extra relaxation.

The main house is featured with a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. The tap water is drinkable and convenient bar stools are situated next to the kitchen counter. Have a chat whilst cooking together with the entire family. A dining table seating 8 is situated next to the kitchen area and living room. A range of colors and bohemian accessories make the living room very cozy and comfortable. There is a piano, several sofas to relax and even floor heating for the colder days. There are 5 double bedroom suites and 3 bathrooms with all different characters. 

Since 2019 a new annex has been built in the same farm house style next to the house. The lovely annex accommodates another 4 persons divided in 2 bedrooms with double beds. The house is fully equipped with airconditioning, an amazing additional kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room/TV area with sofa. There is a covered terrace in front of the annex, for that extra outdoor feel. Perfect for those who seek some extra privacy or even another additional family!
