Villa Ana is one of the most authentic villas on the island. The house is situated in the mountains behind the lovely village of Santa Gertrudis. The village is just a stone’s trow away and on walking distance. Ibiza Town and some of the nicest beaches can be reached with 15 minutes.
The big garden is well maintained and surrounded by lemon trees, palm trees and lushes flowers. The saltwater pool area features several sun beds and a lounge area with seating in the shade with gas BBQ. There is a sauna and a steam-bath to enjoy. Seated at the outside dining table one has an amazing view all the way up to Ibiza Town, and on clear days even up to Formentera.
The house is full of character and has an amazing “Ibiza atmosphere”. The fully equipped kitchen even features an old school wood oven. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. One bathroom is shared. The downstairs area is perfect for families with children of which one of the bedrooms doesn’t have airconditioning. The coolness of another airconditioning in other rooms is sufficient.
For sport fans there is also SKY available on the TV in the living room. There is artwork throughout the entire finca. This house is perfect for all creative minds! Please note that the wood oven can’t be used during the hot summer months.
